The SmartBoard is used in conjunction with an LCD projector to project what is on the computer screen.  The board can also be used as a touch screen.  There are 4 different colored markers that can be used to draw or make annotations.  The drawings and annotations can then be saved and or printed for future use.  It is a great tool for brainstorming and much, much, more.  You can download and install the software for free by visiting the Smart Technologies website.

To download a lesson- first use your mouse and right click on the lesson you want to view, then click Save Target As. Choose a location to save your file (My Documents for example) and then click Save.  To open the file, either double click on it or open your SmartBoard software and click File and then Open.
