Inspiration Resources

inspirationz

Inspiration is a powerful, exciting and easy to use visual learning program that allows users to organize their thoughts graphically.  It has been installed on every computer in the district.  Grades K-2 use a simplified version called Kidspiration.  As a teacher, you are allowed to install Inspiration or Kidspiration on your home computer for free.  Contact your buildings technology aide or computer teacher for more information.

Below are some web sites that we have compiled to show you how Inspiration and visual learning are being used across the country.

Inspiration Tutorial:  Bernie Dodge, a professor at San Diego State University and the creator of the WebQuest concept, has developed a comprehensive tutorial on visual organizers using Inspiration. http://projects.edtech.sandi.net/staffdev/tpfs98/mod3.html
