Topic: Justify
Here is a simple way to spruce up your newsletters. You can use a feature in Microsoft Word called justify.
In Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, the justify feature aligns the selected paragraphs to both the left and right margins. In the left column below the text is aligned to the the left hand side of the page, leaving a somewhat jagged right edge. In the right column the text is justified leaving and both sides even.

To Justify text....

Highlight the text you want to justify.

On the Formatting toolbar, click Justify.
