What about consequences?

Compliment parties each time we earn 100 compliments. :)

If someone breaks a rule, he/she will be given a warning.

If that doesn't work, he/she will sit out for 7 minutes.

If that doesn't work, he/she will miss recess and his/her parents will be notified.

If that doesn't work, the principal will be notified and a conference will be arranged to address the behavior.
