MORRIS-UNION JOINTURE COMMISSION

The Morris-Union Jointure Commission Professional Learning Inservices for the 2011-2012 school year are designed to be practical, usually with hands-on experience, and provide many activities and skills directly applicable to the classroom. All inservices will be presented in our Professional Development Center. Registrations are made by using the registration forms. Registrations will be confirmed by mail approximately two weeks before the inservice. All inservices may be used to meet the 100 hour professional development requirement for teachers.
These inservices have been extremely popular over the last few years with many of the teachers in this district. They provide an excellent assortment of workshops to fit every grade level.

The Academy for Teaching and Learning
Rutgers Graduate School of Education is pleased to offer a new catalog of workshops covering a variety of pivotal and motivating topics that you will find beneficial. Their workshops focus on meaningful instructional strategies taught by expert practitioners. This year they expanded their offerings in language arts literacy (e.g. fluency & spelling), mathematics, preschool, special education, English language learners, and differentiation of instruction.
