               Expectations for Spanish class

 

Ø     Participation is the key to success in this class!

Be on time for class
 (If late, your Spanish teacher will ask you to complete a LATE SLIP with the reason why you were late  
to class.)

 

Be prepared
 with your homework & all of your materials (see supplies below).

 
If you are absent 
(Illness, field trip, vacation, band practice, etc.) you need to talk  to your Spanish Teacher or a
classmate by the next day you come to class to find out what you missed.
 If there is any homework, it will be posted on the homework board in the classroom and on my website.

            Grading

      

You will be receiving a number grade for this class.              AP, P, PP, LP

 

AP – Advance Proficiency = 91-100

 P   - Proficiency = 81-90

 PP - Partial Proficiency = 66-80

 LP - Limited Proficiency = 0-65

 

You will be graded on:

 

ü       Participation                  40%

ü       Class Work & Projects   40%

ü       Homework                      20%

 

 

 

Supplies needed for EACH class

 

Ø       1 ½ - 2 inch binder

      (to be shared with Communications)

Ø       Notebook

Ø       Pencils and erasers (Pencil pouches work well)

Ø      Agenda

 
 *My after school help day is Wednesday 3:30-4:30*
