What is late bus service?
Late bus service is courtesy busing provided by the district, free of charge for students that stay beyond the end of the school day for extra help, library, clubs, etc. Service is available for students in grades 5th – 12th.
What days does the late bus service operate?
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
What are the pick up times at each school?
High School 4:45 for late buses 7 & 8
5:00 for late buses 1 – 6
How is the late bus service organized?

How does my child utilize the late bus service?
Every student has been assigned a zone based upon where they live. A student can find out which zone they have been assigned by asking in their school office or by calling the transportation office. Prior to boarding the late bus in the afternoon, the student will be required to print his name and street address on a sign in sheet for their assigned late bus.
Where will my child be dropped off and what time should I expect my child?
Since only 8 buses are servicing the entire school district, students may be dropped off a greater distance from the home, especially if there is a side walk. Students that have a house stop due to a hazardous situation will still have the house stop. Drop off times will vary day to day, based on the ridership. Keep in mind, that the buses do not leave the last school until 5:10, so your child could be dropped off as early as 5:15 or as late as 6:00 depending on where you live.
