Ms. Watson continues to be an enthusiastic educator at Montgomery Township School district for the past thirty five years. She began teaching courses at MMS/MHS in core guidance health, physical education, driver education, social psychology and introduction to psychology. Many of the parents, faculty and staff were students of this energetic teacher!
Ms. Watson graduated from Trenton State College and Rider University. She has pursed many additional graduate credits and certifications at Rutgers University, Kean University and Eastern University. Ms. Watson holds certifications in health, physical education, driver education, high school psychology, student personnel services, director of student personnel services, student assistance coordinator and school psychologist.
During her "fun" stay at MHS, Ms. Watson has coached or advised boys’ soccer, boys’ tennis, cheerleading squad, and served as business editor for the yearbook. She was the first intramural coordinator. Ms. Watson is the recipient of awards and honors for her years of service as a teacher and school counselor. She has a true passion for MHS and loves working with her students, parents, teachers, administrators, and all of the support staff. Ms. Watson loves to laugh, smile, and assist students to the ‘best of her ability’ on a daily basis.
She has traveled to 15 foreign countries and spends "free" time at the beach, playing computer games, reading, taking digital photographs, and working out.
