The mission of the Human Resources Department at MontgomeryTownshipSchool District is to provide a broad range of services to the district community, which will allow all district employees to work and grow in an environment that fosters learning for students, teachers and staff. Among these services will be the recruiting and hiring of a highly competent, highly motivated teaching and support staff; the fostering of a professional learning program that ensures the continued professional growth of all staff; the oversight of a fair and equitable evaluation system that is focused on reflection and personal growth; and an inviting atmosphere where employees can get clear and prompt answers to questions related to their employment.
The Human Resources Department recognizes that our school district has two great assets: bright, motivated students and a committed, passionate, and learned staff. We believe that a staff that feels secure in its work environment and acknowledged for its good efforts is best able to nurture the intellectual and emotional growth of our children.
