In-School Medication
District Policy
If you wish your child to take any medication in school, you must have an adult bring the medication to school in its original labeled container (please check expiration date) and complete a permission form.
Do not send medication with your child to give to the nurse!
At the end of the school year, all medication(s) must be picked up by June 30th or they will be discarded.
