Renee Brzyski '09 (St. Peter's University)
I am proud to say I graduated from Montgomery High School. The athletic program in Track and Field was above par and prepped me for my attainment of a Division I athletic scholarship at Saint Peter’s University. I was able to break many school and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference records and compete as a heptathlete many times in the Eastern College Athletic Conference. I was honored the “Woman of the Year” award by the NCAA representing the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. I was also deemed “Woman of the Year” through the New Jersey Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women.Without the firm teachings of academic and athletic perseverance I received from Montgomery, I surely wouldn't have accomplished all that I have already. Upon graduating from Saint Peter’s University with a major in Sociology and minor in Psychology and Biology, I am now attending the Occupational Therapy graduate program at Seton Hall University’s School of Health and Medical Sciences. I hope one day that I can give back what Montgomery H.S. has given to me!
