Montgomery High School is fortunate to have a great staff to guide its talented students. Jeff Brooks, MHS TV Production Teacher created the impressive video special effects and music that were nominated. Nick Mylowe, MHS Wood Shop Teacher is the Stage Crew advisor and is assisted by parent volunteer Peter Kauzmann, they worked with the gifted and nominated stage crew to create the imaginative props that were also nominated. MHS is very lucky to have Debbie Meola, a parent volunteer that has created countless costumes for our shows over the years and we are thrilled that her artistic creations have been recognized with a nomination in costume design.  Mrs. Meola is assisted in design by the Head Seamstress, her talented mother Donna Dennis.  Tara Handschin, MHS Drama & Public Speaking Teacher, directs and producers the MHS theatre productions and is honored to be nominated for her work. The cast, crew and staff are grateful for the support and guidance they receive from the Visual and Performing Arts Supervisor Adam Warshafsky, as well as the MHS faculty and staff.

This talented cast, crew and creative team have been recognized for their work with a production nomination for Innovative Work.  The play included flying, video, lighting and sound special effects that featured a talented cast of 22 actors including Scarlett Bekus as Alice, Josh Kring as the White Rabbit, Brennan Spector as Tweedledee/Madhatter, Ethan Kibbey as Tweeledum/March Hare, Emma Murphy as the White Queen, Catie Podell as the Red Queen, Stephan Brown as the Caterpillar and Logan Geddes as Humpty Dumpty to name a few.

The play was performed in October 2015 to large enthusiastic audiences.  A Disney style character lunch with the cast was presented before the Saturday matinee and it was very well attended.  The cast also performed a special show for the Princeton Nursery School, a non- profit institution and the children were delighted.
