Strategic Plan
During the 2023-24 school year, the Board of Education invited the community to participate in three strategic planning meetings.
During these meetings, attendees had the opportunity to share their insights on the district's present strengths while providing input on the direction we should take moving forward.
Ahead of the 2024-25 school year, three teams comprised of administrators and staff members created action plans for each goal area. A presentation with these action plans was given at the September 17, 2024 Board of Education Meeting.
A presentation providing updates on the progress of our Strategic Plan was given at the February 25, 2025 Board of Education Meeting.
