Physical Education/Gym Excuse
Physical Education / Gym Excuses & Restrictions
If your child is unable to participate in physical education, the health office must be notified with a note from the physician indicating the diagnosis and expected length of time your child is expected to refrain from PE, contact sports, etc.
Re-entry to PE or return to sports participation will only be allowed with the written permission of the physician.
*Participation in school sports will not be permitted for the duration of the physical education excuse.
