Welcome to our new Assistant Superintendent of Schools

Please join me in welcoming Mary McLoughlin to the position of Assistant Superintendent of Schools for Montgomery.  At Tuesday evening’s Board of Education meeting, November 27, 2018, Ms. McLoughlin’s appointment was confirmed. Ms. McLoughlin previously held the position of Director of Pupil Services for Montgomery.

Ms. McLoughlin brings a diverse skill set to the position.  She received her Masters in Administration, Curriculum and Instruction from New Jersey City University and continues in the Doctoral program in Education Leadership at Seton Hall University with an anticipated completion date of May 2019.

Beginning December 1, 2018, and continuing for the remainder of the 2018-2019 school year, Ms. McLoughlin will continue to perform her current duties.  Elizabeth Nastus, Interim Assistant Superintendent for Special Projects, will continue in her current role overseeing Curriculum and Instruction. Ms. McLoughlin will transition to her new role in the coming months.
