On May 11, 2023, the COVID-19 public health emergency is due to expire.  COVID-19 tests will still be available to the public, but the cost of COVID-related services may be subject to cost-sharing between individuals and their insurance providers.

Currently, the district has an inventory of COVID-19 at-home test kits that we would like to offer our staff and families at no cost. If you are interested, please complete the MTSD Test Kit Request Form.  Staff and families may pick up FIVE test kits for each request form submitted.
