Looking for a place where you can feel welcome, calm, peaceful, strong, and love who you are? Then the UMS Yoga Club is for you! We will practice yoga, yoga games, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices to help us stay in the present moment and be the best versions of ourselves. No experience is necessary and we have yoga mats for you! Just bring yourself- just as you are! I can't wait to practice yoga with you!
