• Mindfulness with Ms. Lachenauer

     

    We begin each class with a 5-10 minute mindfulness practice.  Jon Kabat Zinn defines mindfulness as “Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally.”  Here are some links so that you can learn a little about mindfulness.
