    Physical Education:
Physical Education is an integral part of the total education program. It is that phase of education which provides an opportunity, through activity, for physical, mental, and social development. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of team sports, lifetime activities, and personal physical fitness programs. It is our mission at the high school to empower all students to sustain regular, lifelong physical activity as a foundation for a healthy, productive, and fulfilling life - with, of course, some fun in the process!

    Example activities include:
Soccer, Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Floor Hockey, Basketball, Cardio, Weight Room, Pool Classes, and many more!

     Peer Leaders:
The Peer Leader program is a select group of Junior/Senior students who give outreaches to the freshmen students every two weeks.  Peer Leaders will enhance their public speaking skills, leadership skills and demonstrate how to be good role models.  Some topics that will be discussed are:  Time Management, Bullying, Goal Setting and Resolutions, just to name a few.

    Senior Health:
Senior  Health takes students through the life cycle, from birth control and pregnancy up to and including death and the grieving process.  This includes perfecting interpersonal communication skills and fostering healthy relationships throughout one's lifetime.
