As relevant information becomes available, the Counseling staff will post materials to help you navigate your way through Montgomery High School and into the future! Please check back periodically for updates!!Students in grade 9 should complete the Learning Styles Inventory in NAVIANCE. Please find the directions here. Once students complete the survey, a “results” document will break down a student’s learning style into categories upon the student’s completion of the survey. Students, parents, and counselors can view the information as often as they would like. If a student does not know their username/password from Naviance, they should email their School Counselor.
Each year, additional student information regarding future plans will be collected and retained in their personal portfolios via NAVIANCE. This information will allow counselors, parents, and teachers to understand and assist students as they build their career/college portfolio.

* You can get to the site by typing in the web address into your web browser and by visiting the Parent Portal on the district main page, or you can access the MHS Counseling website and click on Naviance.
* Type in your Naviance code into the “New User?” field and click REGISTER.
* Next time you sign in, you can use the “Sign In for Returning Users” field.
